The location was excellent for traveling around Norwalk, right by amazing restaurants like Harbor Lights and the center. I often went to Wayback Burgers to pick up some food.

Room was very clean and great service by the staff.

Design and colors. I felt like I didnt have to leave the hotel. The layout was good. It gave a feeling warm great lounge . The food was good. It was close to shopping. The pool and hot tub was very enviting. It was like having an outdoor experience indoors.

The staff here was attentive and patient, the rooms were modern and spacious with two queen beds, and I enjoyed a reasonably priced breakfast included during my stay.

Was given a room on the end next to an entrance door. Whenever someone came in the door, there was a loud mechanical click, followed by the door opening, slamming, and then another click. The hotel was full and there was no other room. Worst night of my life. Don't get room 147 or any room near one of these doors. Hotel very loud otherwise. This was not a pleasant experience.
